Workshop: Building Successful Relationships |
Based on 30 years of research conducted by Dr. John Gottman with the Gottman Institute (www.gottman.com), learn about the four communication patters which predict the failure of relationships, and how to change them. This interactive workshop includes detailed information and examples of each communication pattern along with guidance towards creating new patterns that lead to relationship success.
Participants will have opportunities to work with the information and skills, applying it to relationships in their own lives. The principles in this workshop are not only applicable to relationships with significant others, but also with family members, colleagues, and peers. Participants will receive a detailed handout describing key principles along with a worksheet for application and reflection on the material.
